All services are provided subject to availability, job site suitability, and client agreement to our service contract.
You agree to use the Website for lawful purposes only. You must not:

We reserve the right to suspend or block access to any user who violates these Terms.
Quotes are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated. Scheduling is based on availability and confirmed only upon written approval or signed service agreement. Additional charges may apply for extended labor, unexpected site conditions, or additional surface preparation needs discovered during service.
Payment terms will be clearly stated in your estimate or contract. Unless otherwise agreed:
A deposit may be required to secure service
Full payment is due upon completion of work
Late payments may be subject to interest charges or collection action
We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule services due to non-payment or breach of contract.
Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours in advance to avoid charges. Jobs canceled with less notice may incur a cancellation fee. Weather, equipment issues, or other uncontrollable conditions may require us to reschedule your service.
We aim to provide high-quality services using the most appropriate equipment and media for each surface. However, due to the variable nature of surfaces and conditions:
No specific finish, restoration level, or outcome is guaranteed
We are not responsible for pre-existing damage, concealed defects, or damage resulting from client instructions
All services are provided “as-is” and without warranties unless otherwise stated in writing.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Titan Blasting Pro shall not be liable for:
Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
Loss of use, revenue, or profits
Claims arising from third-party services or materials
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific service in question.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Maricopa County, Arizona.
